Shoot to get hot, shoot to stay hot.
Jalmen Sullivan, a 6-foot-2 point guard at St. Anne Community High School (IL), didn't leave any time for his hot hand to cool down as he buried six three-pointers in a matter of 90 seconds at the Kankakee Holiday Tournament Championship.
It reached a point during that 90-second span where Sullivan was feeling so confident that he pulled up from right around half-court. The result? Nothing but net.
His quick 18-points turned a 13-12 deficit into a 30-19 lead in no time. The point guard went on to lead his team with 39 points to earn St. Anne an 81-69 victory over Illiana Christian.
